OUR SPA POLICIES
We suggest calling in advance to ensure appointment availability. A credit card or gift card is required for all appointment reservations. Please inform us if you are pregnant or require special assistance.
If it is your first visit with us at Blessed Body, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you can complete our health intake form.
24 HOUR Cancellations/No-Show Policy:
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require 24 hour notice for services. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will may inquire a 50% cancellation fee. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy.
Spa Parties and Spa Packages require a 48 hrs. Cancellation and the same fee applies. However, if we are able to fill the appointment time, no charge will be issued. This fee is to maintain and compensate our service providers.
A purchase receipt is required for all return and must be within 30 days of purchase. ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL.
Gift Cards can be purchased for services, packages, or monetary amounts. Gift Cards have a 5yr. expiration date, are non-refundable, and are not replaced if lost or stolen.
NO CASH REFUNDS. Online Gift Cards may be purchased via phone, fax, or purchase ONLINE at www.blessedbodydayspa.net.
Cell Phones: Please help us protect the serenity of the spa by muting all cell phones and beepers.
Age Requirements: Guests must be at least 12 years
of age to be permitted in the spa.
Guests under 18 require written parental consent.
Spa parties must be booked 2 weeks in advanced with a 6 person minimum. There is a 50% deposit required at the time of booking. Our 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
